concepts.

Computer Expertise – In some 
contexts, "computerate" may refer 
to someone who is proficient or 
skilled in computer-related tasks.

Rare Usage – It may be used 
informally to describe a person 
who is competent in using computers, 
similar to "literate" for reading
and writing.
