Space bar
Also called space key, space bar 
is the wide key at the bottom of 
a computer keyboard or typewriter 
that is used to make a space. 

The keyboard key that inserts a 
blank space into a document. When 
the spacebar key is pressed, it 
creates an empty space known as 
a space character or whitespace 
that helps separate words.
